Katsura - Flame - Dried Leaf Garland

My leaf harvest varies from year to year even on the same trees.  They move with the seasons, drinking in the Earth and Sky and that's what makes working with the leaves so magical to me.  I have no idea if I'll ever find Katsura leaves with this beautiful flame pattern on them again.  A very very special harvest this year.
 
There’s nothing as magical as real leaf garlands adorning your home. Hand gathered leaves from the Pacific Northwest, sewn, pressed and dried at the peak of their Autumn glory!

Approximately 11 ft long and perfect for decorating mantles, altars, windows, yule trees and corners to catch the light!

These garlands last for years with just a little care. Each comes with it's own paper vellum envelope for ease of storage.

They are completely free from any chemical treatments and hung on cotton string making them entirely biodegradable.

I make these garlands adjustable for ease of styling. Gently slide leaves along the string to place them where you like. Best stored flat in an airtight box or hung on the wall year round to bring a little bit of the forest inside.

DO NOTE that the more exposure to sunlight they have the more the color will fade.
